Before entering the private sector i was a serving Fireman with West Midlands Fire Brigade for over 18 years.

I spent the last couple of years as a Training Officer instructing new Firefighters in the latest techniques and passing on my experience.

Based on my time in the Brigade i never underestimate the vital importance of Fire Safety Management. Whilst this was a fantastic career not all of the experiences were by any means pleasant and i will never loose this awareness when carrying out fire risk assessments or training my team here at mhl support.
